Abstract
Cibubur is an area located in East Jakarta, which borders the City of Depok and Bogor. The Cibubur area is currently one of the areas that is rapidly growing in population, resulting in the need for adequate facilities to support all existing community activities. Hotel and MICE construction in the TOD area is an effort to develop facilities to meet the needs of the community. The design of the Hotel and MICE is planned on a scale of public facility buildings in the form of spatial planning and processing the appearance of the space during the wake. With the issue of global warming becoming increasingly worrying for life in general, special attention is needed in the design of a building, especially for Architects and other field designers, by implementing buildings with an Approach that is carried out using the concept of Green Architecture Keywords: Hotel, Meeting, Convention, Exhibition and TOD Cibubur merupakan salah satu kawasan yang terletak di daerah Jakarta Timur, yang berbatasan dengan wilayah Kota Depok dan Bogor. Wilayah Cibubur saat ini merupakan salah satu wilayah yang berkembang secara pesat jumlah penduduknya sehingga mengakibatkan kebutuhan fasilitas yang memadai guna mendukung semua aktifitas masyarakat yang ada. Pembangunan Hotel dan MICE pada area TOD ini adalah upaya pembanguan fasilitas guna memenuhi kebutuhan masyrakat. Perancangan Hotel dan MICE ini direncanakan dalam skala bangunan fasilitas umum berupa penataan tata ruang serta pengolahan tampilan ruang pada masa bangunan. Dengan adanya isu pemanasan global yang semakin mengkhawatirkan bagi kehidupan secara umum, maka diperlukan perhatian khusus dalam perancangan sebuah bangunan, terutama bagi para Arsitek maupun perancang bidang lainnya, dengan menerapkan bangunan dengan Pendekatan yang dilakukan menggunakan konsep Green Architecture Kata Kunci : Hotel, Mice dan TOD
