Abstract
The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of Devidend Payout Ratio (DPR), Debt Equity Ratio (DER), and Return on Equity (ROE) on Price Book Value (PBV). This research is performed on coal mining sector of mining corporations listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange during period of 2015-2018. There are 25 corporation as this research population with 10 corporations as sample which are chosen by using consecutive sampling method. Data analysis is performed using classic assumption test and hypothesis test using determination coefficient test, f-test (simultant test), t-test (partial test), and multiple linear regression test using Eviews 9 program. The result of this research determines that Dividend Policy (DPR) does not have a significant influence over company value (PBV), while Debt Policy (DER) have a significant influence over company value, and Profitability (ROE) have does not have a significant influence over company value (PBV). Keyword : Devidend Payout Ratio, Debt Equity Ratio, Return on Equity, Price Book Value Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan pengaruh Devidend Payout Ratio (DPR), Debt Equity Ratio (DER), Dan Return on Equity (ROE) Terhadap Price Book Value (PBV) Perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan pertambangan sektor pertambangan batu bara yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode 2015-2018. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 25 perusahaan dengan sampel berjumlah 10 perusahaan yang dipilih dengan metode consecutive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan melakukan uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis berupa uji koefisien determinasi, uji f (uji simultan), uji t (uji parsial), dan analisis regresi linear berganda menggunakan program Eviews 9. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan dividen (DPR) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV). Sedangkan kebijakan utang (DER) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV), dan profitabilitas (ROE) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV).
