Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of firm size, capital structure, profitability and liquidity on firm value. The object of this research is a Coal Mining Manufacturing Company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period. The sample selection method in this study used purposive sampling, with the number of samples that matched the criteria as many as 22 companies. This study uses secondary data taken from the company's annual financial statements. The analytical method used in this research is using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this test show that firm size has no significant effect on firm value, capital structure has no significant effect on firm value, liquidity has no significant effect on firm value, while profitability has a significant effect on firm value. Keywords : firm value, firm size, capital structure, profitability and liquidity. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh ukuran perusahaan, struktur modal, profitabilitas dan likuiditas terhadap nilai perusahaan. Objek pada penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan Manufaktur sektor Tambang Batubara yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2015-2019. Metode pemilihan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel yang sesuai dengan kriteria adalah sebanyak 22 perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang di ambil dari laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil pengujian ini menunjukan bahwa ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, struktur modal berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, likuiditas berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan sedangkan profitabilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata kunci : nilai perusahaan, ukuran perusahaan, struktur modal, profitabilitas dan likuiditas.
