Sampling was carried out using non-probability, purposive - accidental purposive sampling techniques and obtained 123 teaching teachers. The measuring instrument used is PANAS (Watson, 1992) to measure affection, while SWBI (Sell & Nagpal) is used to measure subjective well-being.
