Abstract
This study conducted research on the influence of organizational culture, work discipline and compensation on job satisfaction at the DKI Jakarta High Prosecutor's Office. This research was conducted on 95 respondents with data obtained by the PLS (Partial Least Square) technique through SmartPLS software. By using three independent variables, namely organizational culture, work discipline and compensation and one dependent variable job job satisfaction. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, work discipline and compensation on job satisfaction. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture and compensation have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, while work discipline has no significant effect on job satisfaction. Keywords: Organizational Culture, Work Discipline, Compensation, Job Satisfaction Studi ini melakukan penelitian tentang pengaruh budaya organisasi, disiplin kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja pada Kantor Kejaksaan Tinggi DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 95 responden data yang di peroleh dengan teknik PLS (Partial Least Square) melalui sofware SmartPLS. Dengan menggunakan tiga variabel independent yaitu budaya organisasi, disiplin kerja dan kompensasi serta satu variabel dependent kepuasan kerja kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi, disiplin kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Budaya Organisasi dan Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja sedangkan Disiplin Kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan kerja.
