Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of Current ratio, Debt to equity ratio, Return on equity, and Total asset turnover on Price to book value. The population in this study consists of finance firms that have been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the years 2017 – 2021 with using a sample of six companies that meet the criteria for this study. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and the data collection method used the library research method. The data analysis method used is panel data regression analysis by using EViews 12 software. The result of this study proves that Current ratio and Debt to equity ratio have a negative and significant effect on Price to book value, Return on equity has a positive and significant effect on Price to book value, and Total asset turnover has a negative and insignificant effect on Price to book value. Keywords: Current ratio, Debt to equity ratio, Return on equity, Total asset turnover and Price to book value. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Current ratio, Debt to equity ratio, Return on equity, dan Total asset turnoverterhadap Price to book value. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan pembiayaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode tahun 2017-2021 dengan menggunakan sampel sebanyak enam perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria untuk penelitian ini. Metode pemilihan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kepustakaan atau library research. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode analisis regresi data panel dengan menggunakan software EViews 12. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Current ratio dan Debt to equity ratio berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Price to book value, Return on equity berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Price to book value, dan Total asset turnover berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Price to book value. Kata Kunci: Current ratio, Debt to equity ratio, Return on equity, Total asset turnover dan Price to book value.
