Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze organizational commitment and organizational justice on turnover intention through job satisfaction as a mediating variable for employees of PT. Bank XYZ Regional office of Jakarta BSD. The research sample uses the criteria of a full time employee. The sampling method is proporsional stratified random sampling with a total of 154 samples. The technique of collecting data uses a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using SEM-PLS. The result showed that organizational commitment had a positive and significant affected on job satisfaction, but had a negative ands significant affect on turnover intention. Organizational justice had a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, but had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction had a negative and significant effect on turnover. In addition, job satisfaction partially mediates the influence of organizational commitment on turnover intention, and job satisfaction partly mediates the effect of organizational justice on turnover intention. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh komitmen organisasi dan keadilan organisasi terhadap turnover intention melalui kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi pada karyawan PT. Bank XYZ Kanwil Jakarta BSD. Sampel penelitian menggunakan kriteria seorang karyawan tetap. Metode sampling dilakukan dengan proportional stratified random sampling dengan jumlah 154 sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Metode analisa data menggunakan SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komitmen organisasi memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, tetapi memberikan pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap variabel turnover intention. Keadilan organisasi memberikan pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap variabel turnover intention, tetapi memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kepuasan kerja memberikan pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Selain itu, kepuasan kerja pada pengaruh variabel komitmen organisasi terhadap turnover intention memediasi secara sebagian (mediasi parsial), dan kepuasan kerja pada pengaruh variabel keadilan organisasi terhadap turnover intention memediasi secara sebagian (mediasi parsial).
