Abstract

Human capital is a strategic factor in building employee productivity during the covid-19 pandemic. Therefore, it requires an overview and evaluation of human capital policies on employee productivity during the covid-19 pandemic. This study aims to determine the implementation and evaluation of human capital policies on employee productivity during the covid-19 pandemic. The variables in this study include individual ability, individual motivation, and the effectiveness of group work, and employee productivity. The analytical method of this research is a qualitative method with the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) model using Expert Choice application. The results of this study found that the levels of employee productivity criteria in sequence are cost-effectiveness, need for supervision criteria, timeliness criteria, quantity criteria, interpersonal impact criteria, and quality criteria. The order of the most important alternative levels in increasing employee productivity sequentially, are alternative of effectiveness of group work, individual ability alternatives and individual motivation alternatives. The overall order of alternative levels in managing employee productivity is the application of company values, understanding organizational goals and cohesiveness between groups. Human capital merupakan faktor strategis dalam membangun produktivitas karyawan di tengah pandemi covid-19. Oleh karena itu membutuhkan gambaran praktik dan evaluasi terhadap strategi human capital terhadap produktivitas karyawan di tengah pandemi covid-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan dan evaluasi kebijakan human capital dalam meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan di tengah pandemi covid-19. Variabel dalam penelitian ini antara lain kemampuan individu, motivasi individu, dan efektivitas kerja kelompok, dan produktivitas karyawan. Metode analisis penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan model Analisis Hierarki Proses (AHP) menggunakan aplikasi Expert Choice . Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa level kriteria produktivitas karyawan secara berurutan yakni kriteria efektivitas efisiensi biaya, kriteria supervisi, kriteria ketepatan waktu, kriteria kuantitas, kriteria dampak interpersonal, dan kriteria kualitas. Urutan level alternatif yang paling penting dalam meningkatkan produktivitas secara berurutan, yakni alternatif efektivitas kelompok kerja kelompok, alternatif kemampuan individu dan alternatif motivasi individu. Urutan level alternatif secara keseluruhan pada pengelolaan produktivitas karyawan, yakni penerapan nilai-nilai perusahaan. Selain itu, pemahaman tujuan organisasi dan kekompakan antar kelompok.
