Abstract
The development of vertical housing, especially in urban areas in DKI Jakarta, especially the Tanah Abang area, Central Jakarta, is a necessity due to limited land for housing and the increasing demand. Rusunami is a housing category for multi-storey residential types such as apartments, condos. Its development goal is to provide solutions to residential needs in densely populated urban areas. With the view that flats are slum areas, currently, they are facilitated with adequate and proper facilities. Apart from that, the residents of Rusunami's modest apartment can live comfortably, the flat will prepare all the complete facilities with basic necessities for them to live comfortably and safely. Some of the public facilities that are required in the flat area include parking lots, sewage drains, health units, electricity, communication tools, shopping facilities, religious education, fields, communal spaces to cultivated land. Keyword : Vertical Housing, Rusunami, Central Jakarta Pembangunan hunian vertikal terutama di wilayah perkotaan di DKI Jakarta khususnya daerah Tanah Abang Jakarta Pusat merupakan suatu keharusan akibat terbatasnya tanah untuk perumahan tersebut dan permintaan yang semakin tinggi. Rusunami merupakan kategori rumah untuk tipe hunian bertingkat seperti apartemen, kondominium. Tujuan pembangunannya untuk menjadi solusi kebutuhan hunian dilokasi yang padat penduduk diwilayah perkotaan. Dengan pandangan bahwa rumah susun adalah kawasan kumuh, saat ini rusun sudah difasilitasi dengan fasilitas yang memadai dan layak. Selain itu membuat penghuni rumah susun sederhana milik (Rusunami) dapat tinggal dengan nyaman, pada rusun tersebut akan menyiapkan segala fasilitas lengkap dengan kebutuhan dasar untuk mereka tetap tinggal dengan nyaman dan aman. Beberapa fasilitas umum yang wajib ada di area rusun antara lain seperti tempat parkir, saluran limbah pembuangan, unit kesehatan, aliran listrik, alat komunikasi, fasilitas perbelanjaan, , pendidikan peribadatan, lapangan, ruang komunal sampai lahan bercocok tanam.
