Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of financial ratios consisting of the current ratio, return on assets, debt to equity ratio and total assets turnover on stock returns in food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the IDX for the 2017-2020 period. The population in this study were all food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the IDX for the 2017-2020 period, totaling 18 companies. The samples used were 8 companies which were obtained through a purposive sampling technique. The data collection method uses the document collection method in the form of financial reports. The data analysis method used is panel data regression with the help of E-Views software. The results showed that the selected panel data regression was panel data regression with a fixed effect model. The results showed that the variables that had a significant effect individually were the ROA variables, while the CR, DER and TATO variables had no significant effect individually. Taken together, all independent variables have a significant influence on stock returns. Keywords: Current Ratio, Return on Assets, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Assets Turnover, Return Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh rasio keuangan yang terdiri dari current ratio, return on assets, debt to equity ratio dan total assets turnover terhadap return saham pada perusahaan sub sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2017-2020. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan subsektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2017- 2020 sebanyak 18 perusahaan. Sampel yang dipergunakan sebanyak 8 perusahaan yang diperoleh melalui teknik sampel bertujuan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode pengumpulan dokumen berupa laporan keuangan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi data panel dengan bantuan software EViews. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa regresi data panel yang dipilih adalah regresi data panel dengan model fixed effect. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel yang memiliki pengaruh signifikan secara individual adalah variabel ROA, sedangkan variabel CR, DER dan TATO tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara individual. Secara bersama-sama seluruh variabel bebas memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap return saham. Kata Kunci: Current Ratio, Return on Assets, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Assets Turnover, Return
