Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan antara sense of humor dengan stress akademik pada mahasiswa se-jabodetabek selama pembelajaran online di tengah pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan statistik dengan analisis korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa se-jabodetabek yang mengikuti pembelajaran online dengan jumlah sampel 100 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuesioner. Skala yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Student-Life Stress Inventory (SLSI) serta skala Multidimensional Sense Of Humor Scale (MSHS). Teknik analisa data menggunakan metode analisis statistik deskriptif dan uji anova dengan variabel penelitian berupa sense of humor dan stres akademik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara sense of humor dengan stress akademik dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 pada uji korelasi dengan nilai korelasi -0,224. Kata kunci: Sense of humor, Stres akademik, Mahasiswa ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the relationship between a sense of humor and academic stress in students throughout Jabodetabek during online learning in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. This study uses a statistical approach with correlational analysis. The population in this study were students throughout Jabodetabek who took part in online learning with a sample of 100 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire method. The scale used in this study is the Student-Life Stress Inventory (SLSI)) and the Multidimensional Sense Of Humor Scale (MSHS). Data analysis techniques used descriptive statistical analysis methods and ANOVA tests with research variables in the form of a sense of humor and academic stress. Based on the results of the study, it showed that there was a relationship between a sense of humor and academic stress with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 in the correlation test with a correlation value of -0.224.
