Abstract
In construction projects there are frequent changes during the implementation of project work, this change called a Contract Change Order (CCO). Utility Network Infrastructure Development Project (Package 3) undergoes this change, where all work items volume changes. The CCO process must go through several stages and involve several parties who do have different authority and need a long time. In its implementation, the project gets a deviation of work progress -3.751% in the 23rd week. The research is to find out the effect of a Contract Change Order on costs and time. The research method used is a quantitative method based on document study data and facts in the Project Network Utility Development Project (Package 3). The results of this study indicate that the CCO has no effect on the cost and duration of implementation. The most dominant work change item is the 600 x 1200 HD manhole cover. The dominant factor causing CCO is a mismatch between planning and field conditions and design changes. Keywords : Contract Change Order, CCO, Cost, Time, CCO Factor Pada proyek konstruksi sering terjadi perubahan selama pelaksanaan pekerjaan proyek, perubahan ini disebut dengan Contract Change Order (CCO). Proyek Pembangunan Prasarana Jaringan Utilitas (Paket 3) mengalami perubahan tersebut, dimana semua item pekerjaan mengalami perubahan volume. Proses CCO harus melewati beberapa tahapan dan melibatkan beberapa pihak yang memang mempunyai wewenang yang berbeda dan membutuhkan waktu yang lama. Dalam pelaksanaanya proyek mengalami deviasi progress pekerjaan sebesar –3,751% di minggu ke-23. Adapun penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Contract Change Order terhadap biaya dan waktu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantiaif berdasarkan data studi dokumen dan fakta yang ada pada proyek Pembangunan Prasaran Jaringan Utilitas (Paket 3). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa CCO tidak berpengaruh terhadap biaya dan jangka waktu pelaksanaan. Item pekerjaan yang paling dominan perubahannya adalah tutup manhole 600 x 1200 HD. Faktor dominan penyebab terjadinya CCO adalah ketidaksesuaian antara gambar dan kondisi lapangan dan perubahan desain. Kata Kunci : Contract Change Order, CCO, Biaya, Waktu, Faktor CCO
