Abstract
Buildings must at least be able to bear the burden that works on the structure. Lateral loads such as earthquake loads can cause lateral deflection and gravitational loadsincluding dead loads and live loads. The higher the building, the greater lateral deflection occurs above. The building planning procedure is aimed at ensuring that earthquake resistant structures are planned to function properly in Indonesia. The design of buildingstructures must be considered strength and stiffness, structural stability withstand theloads imposed on them and how the structure behaves to withstand these loads. In this study we will redesign the structure of the Inkopkar Plaza -1 building, SouthJakarta by considering the location of the core wall so that it will affect the value of horizontal deviation and absorbency carried by the most effective core walls. Theresults of this study are comparisons of the drift values that occur using locationanalysis and the height of the core wall and the percentage of absorbency carried by thecore wall and frame to lateral forces. Keywords: Core Wall, Horizontal Intersection, Multi-storey Buildings Bangunan setidaknya harus mampu menanggung beban yang bekerja pada struktur. Beban lateral seperti beban gempa yang dapat menyebabkan defleksi lateral dan bebangravitasi termasuk beban mati dan beban hidup. Semakin tinggi bangunan maka lateral defleksi terjadi juga lebih besar di atas. Prosedur perencanaan bangunan tujuannya adalah agar tahan gempa struktur bangunandirencanakan berfungsi dengan baik di Indonesia perancangan struktur bangunan harusdiperhatikan kekuatan dan kekakuan, stabilitas struktur menahan beban yang dikenakanpada mereka dan bagaimana perilaku struktur untuk menahan beban tersebut. Dalam penelitian ini akan mendesain ulang struktur gedung Inkopkar Plaza -1, JakartaSelatan dengan efektivitas letak dan tinggi core wall sehingga akan mempengaruhi nilai simpangan horizontal dan daya serap yang dipikul oleh core wall yang paling efektif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah perbandingan dari nilai drift yang terjadi denganmenggunakan analisis letak dan tinggi core wall dan presentase daya serap yang dipikul oleh core wall dan frame terhadap gaya lateral. Kata kunci: Core Wall, Simpangan Horizontal, Bangunan Bertingkat.
