Abstract
In the process of renovating the addition of a residential level, generally residents will leave the location and have to find a temporary shelter. However, with the development of construction technology, this can be circumvented by choosing the right work method. One of the things that makes this possible is by reducing the number of scaffolding or scaffolding that holds the floor slab, by replacing conventional wood floor slab formwork using bondek iron plates which can reduce the amount of scaffolding underneath. This study aims to compare the use of the two methods in terms of the costs that must be incurred and the length of time needed to complete them. The cost required for the floordeck method in floor plate work is Rp. 125,114,038, - while the costs required if using the conventional method are Rp. 152,707,406, -. The floordeck floor plate method is 18.1% more efficient than conventional plates. The time needed for floor slab work using the floordeck method is 12 working days, while the time needed using the conventional method is 19 days. The floordeck floor plate method is 36.8% more efficient than the conventional plate method. Leakage of water to the lower floor is safer with the floordeck plate method because there is a floordeck plate as formwork under the floor plate. Unlike the conventional plate method which must be removed after the work. Keywords: analysis, cost, bondek, conventional, floor slab, time. Dalam proses renovasi penambahan tingkat sebuah hunian, umumnya penghuni akan meninggalkan lokasi dan harus mencari tempat singgah sementara. Namun dengan seiring berkembangnya teknologi konstruksi, hal itu dapat disiasati dengan pemilihan metode kerja yang tepat. Salah satu yang membuat hal itu dapat terjadi adalah dengan mengurangi jumlah scaffolding atau perancah penahan plat lantai, dengan cara digantikan bekisting plat lantai kayu konvensional menggunakan plat besi bondek yang mampu mereduksi jumlah pemakaian perancah di bawahnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan pemakaian kedua metode tersebut dari segi biaya yang harus dikeluarkan dan lama nya waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk menyelesaikannya. Biaya yang dibutuhkan untuk pekerjaan plat lantai metode bondek adalah sebesar Rp. 125.114.038,- sedangkan biaya yang dibutuhkan jika menggunakan metode konvensional adalah sebesar Rp. 152.707.406,-. Metode plat lantai bondek lebih hemat 18,1 % daripada plat konvensional. Waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk pekerjaan plat lantai metode bondek adalah selama 12 hari kerja, sedangkan waktu yang dibutuhkan apabila menggunakan metode konvensional adalah selama 19 hari. Metode plat lantai bondek lebih efisien 36,8 % dibanding metode plat konvensional. Tingkat kebocoran air ke lantai bawah lebih aman dengan metode plat bondek karena ada plat bondek sebagai bekisting di bawahnya. Berbeda dengan metode plat konvensional yang harus dilepas setelah pekerjaannya. Kata kunci : analisis, biaya, bondek, konvensional, plat lantai, waktu.
