Abstract
ABSTRAK Judul : Pengaruh Pemanfaatan Abu Sekam Padi Sebagai Substitusi Semen Serta Pemanfaatan Limbah Kaca Sebagai Substitusi Agregat Halus Pada Campuran Beton Terhadap Kuat Tekan Beton, Nama : Muhammad Iqbalul Khodam, NIM : 41119210026, Dosen Pembimbing : Resi Aseanto, ST, MT., 2022. Hadirnya Inovasi pada beton sangat diperlukan dalam bidang konstruksi, karena penggunaan material sumber daya alam yaitu pasir, kerikil dan semen secara terus menerus memungkinan terjadinya kerusakan lingkungan serta berkurangnya ketersediaan material sumber daya alam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan Abu sekam padi sebagai subtitusi semen serta penggunaan Limbah kaca sebagai substitusi Agregat halus pada campuran beton dapat mempertahankan Nilai kuat tekan beton. Pada penelitian ini penggunaan variasi limbah Abu Sekam Padi yaitu (8%, 10% dan 12%) dari berat semen dan penggunaan limbah serbuk kaca yaitu (10%) dari berat agregat halus. Pengujian dengan cetakan silinder 10 cm x 20 cm yang dilakukan pada umur beton 7, 14 dan 28 hari dengan total beton uji yaitu 45 buah dengan kontrol beton Fc’ 20 MPa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, didapatkan hasil bahwa beton dengan campuran serbuk kaca 10% tanpa variasi abu sekam padi mendapatkan kuat tekan paling tinggi di hari ke 28 yaitu 23,39 MPa, Sedangkan beton dengan variasi serbuk kaca 10% dan variasi abu sekam padi 8%, 10% dan 12% mendapatkan hasil 14,64 MPa, 12,35 MPa dan 10,77 Mpa. Maka didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa beton dengan variasi Serbuk kaca 10% dan variasi abu sekam padi 8%, 10% dan 12% tersebut masuk dalam kategori beton mutu rendah (10-<20 MPa) yang umumnya dapat digunakan untuk struktur ringan seperti lantai kerja, lapangan, dan pedestrian. ABSTRACT Title : Effect of Utilizing Rice Husk Ash as a Substitution of Cement and Utilization of Glass Waste as a Substitution of Fine Aggregate in Concrete Mixture on the Compressive Strength of Concrete, Name : Muhammad Iqbalul Khodam, NIM : 41119210026, Supervisor : Resi Aseanto, ST, MT., 2022. The presence of concrete innovation is needed in the field of construction, because the continuous use of natural resource materials, namely sand, gravel and cement causes environmental damage and reduces the availability of natural resource materials. This study aims to analyze the effect of using rice husk ash as a substitute for cement and using waste glass as a substitute for fine aggregate in concrete mixtures to maintain concrete compressive strength. In this study, the use of variations of rice husk ash waste was (8%, 10% and 12%) by weight of cement and the use of glass powder waste was (10%) by weight of fine aggregate. Tests with 10 cm x 20 cm cylinder molds were carried out at the age of 7, 14 and 28 days with a total test concrete of 45 pieces with a concrete control of Fc' 20 MPa. Based on the results of the study, it was found that concrete with a mixture of glass powder 10% without variation of rice husk ash had the highest compressive strength on the 28th day, namely 23.39 MPa, while concrete with a variation of glass powder 10% and a variation of rice husk ash 8%, 10% and 12% get yields of 14.64 MPa, 12.35 MPa and 10.77 MPa. So it can be concluded that the concrete with 10% glass powder variation and 8%, 10% and 12% rice husk ash variation is included in the category of low quality concrete (10-<20 MPa) which can generally be used for light structures such as work floors, fields, and pedestrians.
