Abstract
The performance which is often denoted by creating added value for the company and can be seen in real terms shows that the business performance itself depends on an efficient process which means in this case the use or utilization of capital. This study aims to determine the effect of Intellectual Capital which focuses on three types of Intellectual Capital, namely Human Capital, Structural Capital, and Relational Capital on Organizational Performance with Knowledge Management as an Intervening Variable in BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. The number of samples in this study was 146 people, which was determined by a saturated sampling technique. This study uses quantitative methods and statistical analysis of Structural Equation Modeling and Partial Least Square software (SEM-PLS) 3.3.9. The results of this study indicate that Knowledge Management mediates the indirect effect of Intellectual Capital (Human Capital, Structural Capital, and Relational Capital) on Organizational Performance at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. Knowledge Management has a positive and significant effect on Intellectual Capital (Human Capital, Structural Capital, and Relational Capital) with a contribution of 76.9%. Organizational performance has a positive and significant effect on Intellectual Capital (Human Capital, Structural Capital, and Relational Capital) with a contribution of 77.1%. This research shows that Intellectual Capital (Human Capital, Structural Capital, and Relational Capital) and Knowledge Management have a role in influencing Organizational Performance. Kinerja yang sering dilambangkan dengan penciptaan nilai tambah bagi perusahaan dan dapat dilihat secara nyata menunjukkan bahwa kinerja bisnis itu sendiri bergantung pada proses yang efisien yang berarti dalam hal ini adalah penggunaan atau pemanfaatan modal. Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Intellectual Capital yang berfokus pada tiga jenis Intellectual Capital yaitu Human Capital, Structural Capital dan Relational Capital terhadap Kinerja Organisasi dengan Knowledge Management sebagai Variabel Intervening di BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 146 orang, yang ditetapkan dengan Teknik sampling jenuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan analisia statistik Structural Equation Modelling dan software Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) 3.3.9. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Knowledge Management memediasi pengaruh tidak langsung Intellectual Capital (Human Capital, Structural Capital dan Relational Capital) terhadap Kinerja Organisasi di BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. Knowledge Management berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Intellectual Capital (Human Capital, Structural Capital dan Relational Capital) dengan kontribusi sebesar 76.9%. Kinerja Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Intellectual Capital (Human Capital, Structural Capital dan Relational Capital) dengan kontribusi sebesar 77.1%. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Intellectual Capital (Human Capital, Structural Capital dan Relational Capital) dan Knowledge Management memiliki peran dalam mempengaruhi Kinerja Organisasi.
