Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence the intention of MSMEs in using fintech lending applications as an alternative source of business financing using the technology acceptance model approach. The population in this study were MSMEs in Indonesia, the sample was taken by purposive sampling with the criteria of having used a licensed fintech lending application for business financing. The sample used in this study was 171 samples. The data analysis technique used is the structura l equation model (SEM). The results showed that Perceived Ease of Use had an effect on Perceived Usefulness, but had no effect on Attitude Toward Using. Percieved Usefulness factor has an effect on Attitude Toward Using, and Attitude Toward Using has an effect on Behavioral Intention to Use. Keywords: Behavior Finance, MSMEs, Fintech Lending, Technology Acceptance Model Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang memberi pengaruh terhadap minat pelaku UMKM dalam mengoperasikan aplikasi fintech lending sebagai alternatif sumber pembiayaan usaha dengan mengaplikasikan metode technology acceptance model. Dalam penelitian ini, populasi yang diambil adalah pegiat UMKM di Indonesia. Adapun pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan kriteria pernah mengaplikasikan fintech lending berizin untuk pembiayaan usaha. Penelitian ini menggunakan sebanyak 171 sampel. Peneliti mengaplikasikan teknik analisis data structural equation model (SEM). Sertelah hasil penelitian diperoleh, dapat diketahui bahwa Perceived Ease of Use memiliki pengaruh pada Percieved Usefulness, namun tidak berpengaruh pada Attitude Toward Using. Faktor Percieved Usefulness berpengaruh pada Attitude Toward Using. Adapun Attitude Toward Using memiliki pengaruh pada Behavioral Intention to Use.
