Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Debt To Equity Ratio, Return On Assets, andCurrent Ratio on the value of Basic Material sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2016 – 2021. The samples used are 12 companies in the basic material sector listed on the IDX from 2016 to 2021. This research is a quantitative research using a research method, namely the panel data regression analysis method using the help of the eviews 12 application, which is used to determine each significant level between dependent and independent variables. The population in this study was 89 companies and the sample usedwas 12 companies. Based on the results of the tests that have been conducted, it can be said that ROA does not affect the value of the company, DER has a positive effect on the company and CR has a positive effect on the value of the company. Keywords: Company Value, DER, ROA, CR. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Debt To Equity Ratio, Return On Aset, dan Current Ratio Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Sektor Basic Material Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) Tahun 2016 – 2021. Sampel yang digunanakan adalah 12 perusahaan pada sektor basic material yang terdaftar pada BEI pada tahun 2016 sampai dengan2021. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode penelitian yaitu metode analisis regresi data panel dengan menggunakan bantuan aplikasi eviews 12, yangdigunakan untuk mengetahui masing – masing tingkat signifikan antara variabel dependen dengan independent. Populasi yang ada dalam penelitian inisebanyak 89 perusahan dan sampelyang digunakan sebanyak 12 perusahaan. Berdasarkan hasil uji yang telah dilakukan, dapat dikatakan bahwa ROA tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, DER berpengaruh positifterhadap perusahaan dan CR berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan.
