Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh keterikatan kerja, Komitmen organisasi, dan kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap organizational citizenship Behavior di PT. Mahkota Permata Perdana (Summarecon Bandung). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Simple random sampling sebagai teknik penentuan sampelnya, dari 116 populasi kemudian dihitung menggunakan rumus slovin dan mendapatkan nilai populasi yang dapat dijadikan sampel berjumlah 90 responden di PT. Mahkota Permata Perdana (Summarecon Bandung). Dalam pengelolaan datanya analisis menggunakan Partial Least Squarel (PLS) versi 3.0. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan melakukan survey dan penyebaran kuisioner secara langsung kepada karyawan PT. Mahkota Permata Perdana (Summarecon Bandung). Hasil Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa (1) keterikatan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), (2) komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), (3) kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) pada PT. Mahkota Permata Perdana (Summarecon Bandung). Kata Kunci : Pengaruh Keterikatan Kerja,Komitmen Organisasi,Kepemimpinan Transformasional Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. This study analyses the influence of work attachment, organizational commitment, and transformational leadership on organizational citizenship behaviour in PT. Mahkota Permata Perdana (Summarecon Bandung). This research uses quantitative methods. Sampling in this study used the Simple random sampling method as a sample determination technique from 116 populations, then calculated using the slovin formula and obtained population values that can be used as a sample of 90 respondents in PT. Mahkota Permata Perdana (Summarecon Bandung). In data management, the analysis uses Partial Least Square (PLS) version 3.0. The data collection method in this study is by conducting surveys and distributing questionnaires directly to PT. Mahkota Permata Perdana (Summarecon Bandung). The results of this study prove that (1) work attachment has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB), (2) organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB), (3) transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB) in universities.
