Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh Return On Asset (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) dan Current Ratio (CR) terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Objek penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sub sektor transportasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (IDX) tahun 2017-2020. Perusahaan sub sektor transportasi menyediakan jasa pelayanan di bidang transportasi publik dan angkutan logistik terdiri dari perusahaan transportasi darat, laut dan udara. Penelitian ini menggunakan pedekatan kuantitatif dengan pemilihan 60 sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Data yang digunakan adalah 60 sampel data sekunder dan analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linier berganda dengan SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial, variabel Return On Asset (ROA), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) dan Current Ratio (CR) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan diukur menggunakan Price Book Value (PBV) pada perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (IDX). Kata Kunci : Return On Asset (ROA), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), Current Ratio (CR), Nilai Perusahaan (PBV). This research aims to analyze the influence of Return On Assets (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Current Ratio (CR) to Firm Value. The object of this research is the transportation sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2017-2020. Transportation sub-sector companies provide services in the field of public transportation and logistics transportation consisting of land, sea and air transportation companies. This research design used is a quantitative approach with the selection of 60 samples using purposive sampling method. The data used are 60 sampels of secondary data and the data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression test with SPSS 25. The results of this study indicate that partially, the Return On Assets (ROA), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) and Current Ratio (CR) variables have a positive and significant effect on Firm Value measured using Price Book Value (PBV) in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).
