Abstract
Intensitas pengelasan yang tinggi merupakan bagian integral dari proses konstruksi Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Gas Uap (PLTGU). Adanya cacat pengelasan berpotensi besar untuk pengerjaan ulang, penambahan biaya konstruksi dan keterlambatan penyelesaian proyek. Pada fabrikasi sambungan perpipaan dengan pengelasan di proyek konstruksi tambahan PLTGU berkapasitas 650 MW di Muara Tawar ditemukan sambungan-sambungan las yang ditolak sebesar 22,44%. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganailsis dan menentukan faktor penyebab utama pada sambungan Las. Metode yang digunakan adalah FMEA dan AHP. Berdasarkan diagram Pareto diketahui ada dua jenis cacat las yang dominan terjadi dalam sambungan las yang selanjutnya menjadi prioritas perbaikan yang dilakukan kontraktor yaitu porosity dan cluster porosity. Berdasarkan metoda FMEA diketahui ada dua kelompok nilai Risk Priority Number (RPN) yang perbedaannya cukup jauh yaitu kelompok dengan nilai RPN rendah (1-140) dan kelompok dengan nilai RPN tinggi (245- 392). Berdasarkan metoda FMEA dan AHP diketahui bahwa mode kegagalan atau faktor-faktor yang paling dominan menjadi penyebab terjadinya cacat porositas yang ditolak adalah kinerja mesin las sudah menurun atau mesin las mengalami kerusakan dan arus listrik pada mesin las tidak stabil karena genset sebagai sumber tenaga listrik berbeban tinggi, dan tenda rusak dan desain tidak baik. Kata kunci: porositas, FMEA, AHP High welding intensity is an integral part of the construction process of a Steam Gas Power Plant (PLTGU). The existence of welding defects has great potential for rework, additional construction costs and delays in project completion. In the fabrication of pipe joints by welding in the PLTGU additional construction project with a capacity of 650 MW in Muara Tawar, welded joints were found to be rejected at 22.44%. The purpose of this research is to analyze and determine the main causal factors in welding joints. The method used is FMEA and AHP. Based on the Pareto diagram, it is known that there are two types of welding defects that dominantly occur in welded joints which will then become the priority for repairs carried out by the contractor, namely porosity and cluster porosity. Based on the FMEA method, it is known that there are two groups of Risk Priority Number (RPN) values that differ quite a lot, namely the group with low RPN values (1-140) and the group with high RPN values (245-392). Based on the FMEA and AHP methods, it is known that the failure mode or the most dominant factors that cause porosity defects that are rejected are the performance of the welding machine that has decreased or the welding machine has been damaged and the electric current in the welding machine is unstable because the generator is a high-load power source, and the tent is broken and the design is not good.
