Abstract

The Bogeg Bridge Construction Project and FO bogeg train are infrastructure developments located in Serang City, Banten Province. The construction project of the Bogeg Bridge and FO of the Bogeg Train began work in mid-May 2021 and was completed at the end of March 2022. The Banten Provincial Dpupr is a service user in this project, while PT PP (Persero) Tbk. is a service provider. In the process of checking the design and condition of thela food, it was found that some of the bridge design criteria did not use the latest SNI regulations and therewas a change in the span of the bridge due to the foundation structure that intersected with the PGN utility. Then the submission of an addendum to the design review has an impact on the timing of construction implementation that is not in accordance with the initial contract and in reporting there is a delay in progress in the weekly report documents. This study aims to find out the value of the Cost Performance Index (CPI) based on Earned Value Management to find out the value of the Duration Performance Index (DPI) based on the Earned Duration Management and find out the evaluation that needs to be done based on the results of the analysis as input for future project plans. The results of the analysis using EVM obtained a CPI value of >1 which means that the actual costs incurred are smaller than the value of the work obtained, analysis using EDM obtained a DPI value of <1 which means it is not in accordance with the planning schedule. Then the evaluation for future projects includes: it is expected that when getting a work package, the design and land to be carried out the work must be 100% final and can be handed over so that the project work can run smoothly without any obstacles caused by external parties, speed up the land acquisition process, speed up the design review process if any, put in order the administration regarding correspondence and documentation Keywords : Evaluation, EVM, EDM, Cost performance, Schedule Performance Proyek Pembangunan Jembatan Bogeg dan FO KA Bogeg merupakan pembangunan infrastruktur yang terletak di Kota Serang, Provinsi Banten. Proyek pembangunan Jembatan Bogeg dan FO KA Bogeg mulai dikerjakan pada pertengahan Mei 2021 dan selesai pada akhir Maret tahun 2022. DPUPR Provinsi Banten merupakan pengguna jasa pada proyek ini, sedangkan PT PP (Persero) Tbk. sebagai penyedia jasa. Dalam proses pengecekan desain dan kondisi lapangan ditemukan beberapa kriteria desain jembatan tidak menggunakan peraturan SNI terbaru dan terdapat perubahan bentang jembatan diakibatkan oleh struktur pondasi yang bersinggungan dengan utilitas PGN. Kemudian dilakukan Pengajuan addendum review design berdampak pada waktu pelaksanaan konstruksi yang tidak sesuai pada kontrak awal dan dalam pelaporan terdapat keterlambatan progress pada dokumen laporan mingguan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Untuk mengetahui nilai Cost Performance Index (CPI) berdasarkan Earned Value Management mengetahui nilai Duration Performance Index (DPI) berdasarkan Earned Duration Management dan mengetahui evaluasi yang perlu dilakukan berdasarkan hasil analisis sebagai bahan masukan (input) bagi rencana proyek yang akan datang. Hasil dari analisa menggunakan EVM diperoleh nilai CPI >1 yang berarti biaya aktual yang dikeluarkan lebih kecil dari nilai pekerjaan yang diperoleh, analisa menggunakan EDM diperoleh nilai DPI <1 yang berarti tidak sesuai dengan jadwal perencanaan. Kemudian evaluasi bagi proyek yang akan datang antara lain : diharapkan ketika mendapatkan paket pekerjaan, desain dan lahan yang akan dilakukan pekerjaan di haruskan sudah final 100% dan dapat di serahterimakan sehingga dalam pengerjaan proyek dapat berjalan lancar tanpa ada hambatan yang di sebabkan oleh pihak eksternal, mempercepat proses pembebasan lahan, mempercepat proses review desain jika ada, menertibkan administrasi terkait surat-menyurat dan dokumentasi Kata Kunci : Evaluasi, EVM, EDM, Kinerja Biaya, Kinerja Jadwal
