Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Idealized Influence, Inspirational Motivation and Intellectual Stimulation on employees Job Satisfaction. Population of this study is staff of BPSDM Hukum dan HAM, Depok. The sampling method used was convinience sampling. Research data was taken by literature study, interview and survey with questioners. The method of analysis used in this study is descriptive analysis, validity and realibility test, multiple linear regression,and test correlation. The results showed that Idealized Influence, Inspirational Motivation dan Intellectual Stimulation simultaneously are having significant influence to the job satisfaction. Partially idealized influence has significant effect on the job satisfaction, inspirational motivation has significant effect on the job satisfaction. While intellectual stimulation is not having significant effect on the job satisfaction. Inspirational motivation is the biggest significant variable in influencing on job satisfaction. Keywords: Idealized Influence, Inspirational Motivation, Intellectual Stimulation, Job Satisfaction Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh dari variable Idealized Influence, Inspirational Motivation dan Intellectual Stimulation terhadap Kepuasan Kerja pegawai. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai di kantor BPSDM Hukum dan HAM, Depok. Metode sampling yang dipakai adalah Convinience Sampling. Bahan-bahan dan data riset diperoleh melalui studi literatur, wawancara dengan pihak manajemen perusahaan, dan survey menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis statistik yang dilakukan pada riset ini meliputi analisis deskriptif, uji validitas dan reliablitias, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi, dan uji korelasi antar-dimensi variable. Hasil analisis memperlihatkan bahwa Idealized Influence, Inspirational Motivation dan Intellectual Stimulation secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan koefisien korelasi, secara parsial variable idealized influence berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan optimis berkorelasi kuat dengan work group. Begitu pula, variable inspirational motivation berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, dan motivasi berkorelasi kuat dengan work group. Namun, variable intellectual stimulation tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Inspirational motivation merupakan variable yang paling besar pengaruhnya terhadap kepuasan kerja.
