Abstract

This study examines the effect of Return On Asset, Current Ratio, Size Of The Board Directors, and Institutional Ownership on Financial Distress. The population in this study are property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2018-2021 period. The sample in this study amounted to 43 companies. The sampling technique used in this research is the purposive sampling method. The data analysis method used in this study is logistic regression analysis with the help of the SPSS 25 application program. This result of this study indicates that Return on Asset and Current Ratio has a negative effect on Financial Distress. While the Size of The Board of Directors and Institutional Ownership has no effect on Financial Distress.
