Abstract
This research aims to find out and analyze the influence of Situational Leadership, Organizational Communication and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employee performance of PT. Astadewi Cipta Kreasi in South Jakarta. The study used multiple linear regression analysis, the sampling method used was a saturated sample of 55, the data analysis method using Multiple Linear Regression. The results of this study are leadership partially positive and significant effect on performance, communication variable partially positive and significant effect on performance, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) variable partially positive and significant effect on performance. Keywords: Leadership, Communication Motivation, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Kepemimpinan Situasional, Komunikasi Organisasional dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) terhadap Kinerja karyawan PT. Astadewi Cipta Kreasi di Jakarta Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda, metode sampling yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh berjumlah 55, metode analisis data menggunakan Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Kepemimpinan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja, variabel Komunikasi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja, variabel Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja.
