Abstract

This study examined the influence of job satisfaction, engagement and personality to organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) (case study at PT. Stainless Steel Primavalve Majubersama). Design research is explanatory research the author did. This research approach is a quantitative approach through the method of data collection using surveys or questionnaires. The sample was an employee of PT Stainless Steel primavalve Majubersama totally 190 respondents. Research using analysis of Regresion that run through 17 software. The problems is; Employee contributions to the company is still small it is reflected from the target company is not achieved, job satisfaction of employees to manager is still small it reflected from a given sallary is not in accordance expectations, enggagement employees are still low it reflected from the high turnover, Congenital factors or characteristics of different employees that resulted in a conflict of interest in his work, OCB behavioral level that is too low it is reflected from each other not support employees when there is a job. The results showed job satisfaction, engagement and personality significantly affect to OCB. Job satisfaction is the most variable influence on the OCB. Keywords: job satisfaction, engagement, personality, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Penelitian ini menguji bagaimana pengaruh kepuaasan kerja, keterikatan kerja dan kepribadian terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (ocb) (studi kasus pada karyawan PT. Stainless Steel Primavalve Majubersama). Desain penelitian yang penulis lakukan adalah explanatory research. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif melalui metode pengumpulan data menggunakan survei atau pengisian kuesioner. Sampel penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Stainless Steel Primavalve Majubersama berjumlah 127 responden. Penelitian menggunakan analisis regresi melalui perangkat lunak SPSS versi 17. Permasalahan yang ada antara lain; Kontribusi karyawan terhadap perusahaan masih kecil hal ini tercemin dari target yang ditetapkan perusahaan tidak tercapai, Tingkat kepuasan kerja karyawan terhadap manajem masih kecil hal ini tercemin dari gaji yang diberikan belum sesuai harapan, Keterikatan kerja karyawan yang masih rendah hal ini tercemin dari turn over yang tinggi, Faktor bawaan atau karakteristik karyawan yang berbeda yang mengakibatkan banyak terjadinya konflik kepentingan didalam pekerjaan, Tingkat perilaku OCB yang masih terlalu minim hal ini tercemin dari tidak saling mendukungnya karyawan ketika ada suatu pekerjaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kepuasan kerja, keterikatan kerja dan kepribadian berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap OCB. Kepuasan kerja merupakan variabel yang paling besar pengaruhnya terhadap OCB. Kata Kunci : kepuasan kerja, keterikatan kerja, kepribadian, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB)
