Abstract
This study aimed to analyze the influence of employee empowerment, promotion, environment on employee job satisfaction and employee retention impact on the study of Region 3 PT. Bank Permata Tbk. The sample of this study is the entire staff of the existing branches in the region 3. The research methodology used is qualitative research is conducted using a questionnaire. Collecting data using questionnaires or questionnaire, with Likert scale and the answers responden.untuk analyze the data using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The result is that the empowerment of employees, promotion, work environment have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction and also have a significant effect between employee satisfaction to employee retention. Keywords : Employee empowerment, promotion, environment, job satisfaction, employee retention Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pemberdayaan karyawan, promosi jabatan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan serta dampaknya terhadap retensi kerja karyawan pada kajian Region 3 PT. Permata Bank Tbk. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh staf cabang yang ada di Region 3 PT. Permata Bank Tbk.. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner atau angket, dengan skala likert dan hasil jawaban responden. Untuk menganalisis data menggunakan The Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Hasilnya bahwa pemberdayaan karyawan, promosi jabatan, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan serta berpengaruh signifikan juga antara kepuasan karyawan terhadap retensi karyawan.
