Abstract
The volume of car sales from time to time continues to increase (Gaikindo, 2020) so the need for supporting spare parts will also accompany it, both as an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) supply in the car industry and to direct users as replacements. Tires are one of the important components in the automotive world, because the movement needs a rotating wheel as an ingredient so that the tire manufacturing industry remains the prima donna and becomes a profitable business. The curing process as the chain of flow for making tires into a botle neck which hinders the increase in productivity of tire manufacturing, with an average OEE value of 75.86%, still far from the global corporate level target of 85% and the company's target of 89%. The steps taken to increase the OEE value begin with the measurement of six big losses followed by a Pareto diagram to find the priority of the problem and the root of the problem using a fishbone diagram. Furthermore, the machine problem is fixed with the TPM program on the machine with the lowest OEE value until Autonomous Maintenance (AM) runs, then duplicates it on the other machines. The Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method was used to solve the Rate of Quality problem so that an increase in the OEE value was 89.88% at the end of the study. Keywords: TPM, OEE, Six Big Losses, FMEA Volume penjualan mobil dari waktu ke waktu terus meningkat (Gaikindo,2020) maka kebutuhan akan spare part penunjangnya juga akan mengiringinya, baik sebagai pasokan OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) pada industry mobil maupun kepada pengguna langsung sebagai replacement. Ban adalah salah satu komponen penting dalam dunia permobilan, karena pergerakan perlu roda yang berputar sebagai sarananya sehingga industri pembuatan ban tetap menjadi primadona dan menjadi bisnis yang menguntungkan. Proses curing sebagai mata rantai alur pembuatan ban menjadi botle neck yang menghambat peningkatan produktivitas pembutan ban, dengan nilai rata-rata OEE 75,86% masih jauh dari target level perusahaan dunia 85% dan target perusahaan 89%. Langkah-langkah yang diambil untuk menigkatkan nilai OEE dimulai dengan pengukuran six big losses dilanjutkan dengan diagram pareto untuk mencari prioritas masalah dan akar masalahnya menggunakan fishbone diagram. Selanjutnya problem mesin diperbaiki dengan program TPM pada mesin dengan nilai OEE terendah sampai berjalannya Autonomous Maintenance (AM) kemudian dilakukan duplikasi pada mesin yang lainnya. Metode Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) digunakan untuk menyelesaikan problem Rate of Quality sehingga didapatkan peningkatan nilai OEE sebesar 89,88% di akhir penelitian Kata Kunci : TPM, OEE, Six Big Losses, FMEA
