Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the effect of pay satisfaction, workload and work environment on educational employee of Pertamina University. This study used quantitative research methods and used questionnaires as data collection techniques. The population is educational employee has total 120 people. Sampling technique using conditional random sampling and has total 79 respondents. The analytical method used is multiple linier regression. The result of the analysis said the pay satisfaction (X1) has a significant negative effect on employee turnover intention. Based on the result of t test obtained t count 3,498 > t table 1,665. Workload (X2) has a significant positive effect in employee turnover intention, based on the result of t test obtained t count 3,337 > t table 1,665. Work Enviroment (X3) has a significant negative effect on employee turnover intention, based on the result of t test obtained t count 3,934 > t table 1,665. Keywords : Pay Satisfaction, Workload, Work Enviroment, Turnover Intention. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan gaji, beban kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap turnover intention karyawan tenaga kependidikan Universitas Pertamina. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah tenaga kependidikan (tendik) Universitas Pertamina yang berjumlah 120 orang. Sedangkan teknik pengambila n sampel dengan menggunakan sampel acak bersyarat dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 79 responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepuasan gaji (X1) berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Berdasarkan hasil uji t diperoleh t hitung 3,498 > t tabel 1,665. Beban kerja (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, berdasarkan hasil uji t diperoleh t hitung 3,337 > t tabel 1,665. Lingkungan kerja (X3) berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, berdasarkan hasil uji t diperoleh t hitung 3,934 > t tabel 1,665. Kata Kunci : Kepuasan Gaji, Beban Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Turnover Intention.
