Abstract
Project management is the application of knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to project activities in order to meet or exceed project stakeholders' expectations of the needs and expectations of project outcomes. A project can be said to be good if the completion of the project is efficient in terms of time and cost and achieves work efficiency, both human and tool. In this study using the Critical Path Method (CPM) method, Evaluation Review Technique Program (PERT), Crashing Project. Critical Path Method (CPM) is the best method in terms of scheduling and determining the critical path, where this pathway is very important for the continuity of project activities in order to avoid the deterioration of scheduled project activities. Evaluation Review Technique Program (PERT) to find out how much the probability of project activities, especially on the critical path, is completed on time in accordance with the expected schedule. Crashing Project to reduce the overall duration of work after analyzing existing alternatives from the network and optimizing the lowest cost work time. The results shown in this study, that the completion of the project using the CPM and PERT method is 79 days, with the probability value in the PERT method is 5.82%. done crashing project, the total cost of crashes on the SPX FLOW project is $ 42532.25 with a slope of $ 10,173.17. Keywords: CPM, PERT, Crashing Project, Project Management Manajemen proyek adalah penerapan pengetahuan, keterampilan, alat, dan teknik terhadap aktifitas proyek dalam rangka memenuhi atau melebihi ekspektasi pemegangkepentingan proyek terhadap kebutuhan dan harapan dari hasil proyek. Suatu proyek dapat dikatakan baikjika penyelesaian proyek tersebut efisien ditinjau dari segi waktu dan biaya serta mencapai efisiensi kerja, baik manusia maupun alat. Dalam penelitian kali ini menggunakan metode Critical Path Methode (CPM), Program Evaluation Review Technique (PERT), Crashing Project. Critical Path Methode (CPM) merupakan metode terbaik dalam hal penjadwalan dan menentukan jalur kritis, dimana jalur ini sangat penting untuk kelangsungan kegiatan proyek guna menghindari kemunduran kegiatan proyek yang telah dijadwalkan. Program Evaluation Review Technique (PERT) untuk mengetahui berapa nilai probabilitas kegiatan proyekterutama pada jalur kritis selesai tepat waktu sesuai dengan jadwal yang diharapkan. Crashing Project untuk mengurangi durasi keseluruhan pekerjaan setelah menganalisa alternatif-alternatif yang ada dari jaringan kerja dan mengoptimalisasikan waktu kerja dengan biaya terendah. Hasil yang ditunjukan pada penelitian ini, bahwa penyelesaian proyek dengan menggunakan metode CPM dan PERT yaitu 79 hari, dengan nilai probabilitas pada metode PERT adalah 5.82%. dilakukan crashing project maka total biaya crash pada proyek SPX FLOW adalah $ 42532.25 dengna slope yaitu $ 10,173.17.
