Abstract
Construction projects often involve job changes and are almost unavoidable. One of the factors that influence job changes is design changes (Suwandari & Tsarwan, 2020). The Muntung-Jumprit road widening project experienced a delay of 2.68% in the 6th week where the planned work progress should have reached 14.46%, but in reality in the field it only achieved 11.98%. This study aims to determine the time that can be obtained from rescheduling the Muntung-Jumprit road widening project with PDM analysis (Precedence Diagram Method) using Microsoft Project software, knowing the contractor experiences a profit or loss by using TCTO (Time Cost Trade Off) analysis and knowing the actions taken. further from the contractor on the completion of the remaining work on the MuntungJumprit road widening project that needs to be carried out based on the results of the rescheduling using PDM (Precedence Diagram Method) and TCTO (Time Cost Trade Off) analysis. The time that can be obtained from rescheduling the Muntung-Jumprit road widening project with PDM analysis (Precedence Diagram Method) using Microsoft Project software is 106 days, using TCTO (Time Cost Trade Off) analysis the contractor experiences a loss. Additional costs obtained for every additional 2 hours of work (overtime) there is an additional cost of Rp. 18,247,804, -. Meanwhile, for the addition of 3 hours of work (overtime) there will be additional costs Rp. 37,176,621, -. The followup from the contractor on the completion of the remaining work on the Muntung-Jumprit road widening project that needs to be done is that the contractor does not object to adding overtime hours. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi perubahan pekerjaan adalah perubahan design (Suwandari & Tsarwan, 2020). Proyek Pelebaran jalan Muntung-Jumprit mengalami keterlambatan sebesar 2,68% pada minggu ke-6 dimana rencana kemajuan pekerjaan seharusnya sudah mencapai 14,46%, namun kenyataannya di lapangan hanya mendapat capaian 11.98%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui waktu yang dapat diperoleh dari penjadwalan ulang proyek pelebaran jalan Muntung-Jumprit dengan analisis PDM (Precedence Diagram Method) menggunakan software Microsoft Project, mengetahui kontraktor mengalami keuntungan atau kerugian dengan menggunakan analisis TCTO (Time Cost Trade Off) dan mengetahui tindak lanjut dari pihak kontraktor terhadap penyelesaian sisa pekerjaan proyek pelebaran jalan Muntung-Jumprit yang perlu dilakukan berdasarkan hasil penjadwalan ulang dengan menggunakan analisis PDM (Precedence Diagram Method) dan TCTO (Time Cost Trade Off). Waktu yang dapat diperoleh dari penjadwalan ulang proyek pelebaran jalan MuntungJumprit dengan analisis PDM (Precedence Diagram Method) menggunakan software Microsoft Project adalah 106 hari, dengan menggunakan analisis TCTO (Time Cost Trade Off) kontraktor mengalami kerugian. Tambahan biaya yang diperoleh pada setiap penambahan 2 jam kerja (lembur) terjadi penambahan biaya Rp 18,247,804,-. Sedangkan untuk penambahan 3 jam kerja (lembur) terjadi penambahan biaya sebesar Rp 37,176,621,-. Tindak lanjut dari pihak kontraktor terhadap penyelesaian sisa pekerjaan proyek pelebaran jalan Muntung-Jumprit yang perlu dilakukan adalah kontraktor tidak keberatan untuk melakukan penambahan jam lembur Kata Kunci: keterlambatan proyek, Precedence Diagram Method, Time Cost Trade Off
