Abstract

This study aims to determine effect of debt to equity ratio (DER), return on equity (ROE), and firm size on firm value. Data used in this study are secondary data obtained from the annual financial reports of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period and the sample used is 13 companies with financial report data for 5 years as many as 65 financial statement data. The data processing method uses the panel data regression analysis method with the help of the Eviews 9 program. Results show that DER ratio has a negative but significant effect on the value of mining companies listed on the BEI for the 2015-2019 period with a t-statistic value of -1.065487 and a value of -0,26724. prob 0.0088 < 0.05. ROE has a positive and insignificant effect on the value of mining companies listed on the IDX for the 2015-2019 period with a t-statistic value of -0,32920 and a prob value of 0.7434 > 0.05. Company size has a positive and significant effect on the value of mining companies listed on the IDX for the 2015-2019 period with a t-statistic value of 2,56062 and a prob value of 0.0136 <0.05. Keywords: Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Equity, Firm Size, Firm Value Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh debt to equity ratio (DER), return on equity (ROE), dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan tahunan (annual report) perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2015-2019 dan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 13 perusahaan dengan data laporan keuangan selama 5 tahun sebanyak 65 data laporan keuangan. Metode pengolahan data menggunakan metode analisis regresi data panel dengan bantuan program Eviews 9. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa DER berpengaruh negatif namun signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2015-2019 dengan nilai tstatistic -0,26724 dan nilai prob 0,0088 < 0,05. ROE berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2015-2019 dengan nilai t-statistic -0,32920 dan nilai prob 0,7434 > 0,05. Ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2015-2019 dengan nilai t-statistic 2,56062 dan nilai prob 0,0136 < 0,05.
