Abstract
This research was conducted on working mothers during the COVID-19 pandemic. As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, Indonesian people are asked to be able to adapt to changes that occur suddenly, including a working mother. The dual role of being a mother as well as a worker is definitely not easy where the burden increases during the COVID-19 pandemic, especially working mothers who have children and are still studying at Elementary School (SD) their burden increases, one of which is being a child's online learning companion. To deal with these conditions, a mother is expected to be a resilient person. The purpose of this study was to find out whether there is a relationship between locus of control and intolerance of uncertainty with the individual resilience of working mothers during the COVID-19 pandemic. In this study using quantitative methods with simple correlation analysis techniques, sampling using accidental sampling technique, as well as the subjects in this study totaling 220 working mothers who have children with primary school education who live in JABODETABEK. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant relationship between locus of control and intolerance of uncertainty with the individual resilience of working mothers who have elementary school children during the COVID-19 pandemic with a significance value of p < 0.05. Keywords : Resilience, Locus of control, Intolerance of Uncertainty, Working Mother Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap ibu bekerja selama pandemi COVID-19. Akibat dari pandemi COVID-19, masyarakat Indonesia diminta untuk bisa beradaptasi dengan perubahan yang terjadi secara tiba-tiba tidak terkecuali seorang ibu bekerja. Peran ganda sebagai seorang ibu sekaligus pekerja pasti tidaklah mudah yang dimana beban menjadi bertambah saat pandemi COVID-19, terutama ibu bekerja yang memiliki anak dan masih sekolah di Sekolah Dasar (SD) beban mereka bertambah, salah satunya menjadi pendamping belajar daring anak. Untuk menghadapi kondisi tersebut, seorang ibu diharapkan menjadi pribadi yang resilien. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara locus of control dan intolerance of uncertainty dengan resiliensi individu ibu bekerja saat pandemi COVID-19. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis korelasi sederhana, pengambilan sampel dengan teknik accidental sampling, serta subyek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 220 ibu bekerja yang memiliki anak jenjang pendidikan sekolah dasar yang berdomisili di JABODETABEK. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan signifikan antara locus of control dan intolerance of uncertainty dengan resiliensi individu ibu bekerja yang memiliki anak jenjang pendidikan sekolah dasar saat pandemi COVID-19 dengan nilai signifikansi p < 0,05.
