Abstract

In this digital era, it is not strange for us to coexist with technology. Where information from all parts of the world is already in the grasp of our hands. With the development of information technology, many companies begin to sell their products on the internet using websites, both from large companies and start-up companies. One of them is Rekan Media Publisher, an indie printing company that focuses on attracting young writers to dare to work so that interest in reading in Indonesia increases. With this website it will make it easier for young people to create it. This design is carried out on the basis of the needs of the Rekan Media website user interface to meet the UI / UX usability standard which is where ease to use and user friendly are the main problems. Within this design the author provides a website design that suits the website usability needs and gives the user interface look to be more attractive, unique and in accordance with the target market of Media Publisher Partners. Keywords: User Interface, Website, Publishing Pada era digital ini sudah tidak asing bagi kita untuk hidup berdampingan dengan teknologi. Dimana informasi dari seluruh belahan dunia sudah berada dalam genggaman tangan kita. Dengan berkembangnya teknologi informasi maka banyak perusahaan-perusahaan yang mulai memasarkan produk-produknya di internet menggunakan website, baik dari perusahaan besar maupun perusahaan start-up. Salah satunya adalah Rekan Media Publisher, percetakan indie yang memfokuskan diri untuk menarik minat para penulis muda untuk berani berkarya agar minat baca di Indonesia semakin meningkat. Dengan adanya webiste ini maka akan mempermudah muda-mudi untuk semangat berkarya. Perancangan ini dilakukan dengan dasar kebutuhan user interface website Rekan Media agar memenuhi standar usability UI/UX yaitu dimana kemudahan/ ease to use dan user friendly menjadi masalah utama. Dengan itu pada perancangan ini penulis memberikan desain website yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan usability website dan memberikan tampilan user interface menjadi lebih menarik, unik dan sesuai dengan target pasar Rekan Media Publisher.
