Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis “Pengaruh Kompensasi dan Beban Kerja Terhadap Turnover Intention dengan Kepuasan Kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada PT. Intikom Berlian Mustika”. Desain penelitian yang digunakan penulis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Dalam penelitian ini populasinya adalah karyawan PT. Intikom Berlian Mustika sejumlah 420 karyawan. Sedangkan sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 150 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Non-Probability Sampling. Adapun alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square (PLS) sebagai Covariance based SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Kompensasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikant terhadap Turnover Intention (2) Beban Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention, (3) Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. (4) Beban Kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, (5) Turnover Intention berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, (6) Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intentuin melalui Kepuasan Kerja, (7) Beban Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intentuin melalui Kepuasan Kerja. Saran yang diajukan pada penelitian ini agar PT. Intikom Berlian Mustika lebih memperhatikan kebijakan gaji yang diberikan sesuai dengan beban kerja dan kompetensi karyawan. Kata Kunci: Kompensasi, Beban Kerja, Turnover Intention, dan Kepuasan Kerja. This study aims to analyze “The effect of Compensation and Workload on Turnover Intention with Job Satisfaction as intervening variable at PT. Intikom Berlian Mustika. The research design used by the authors in this study uses causal research. In this study the population is employees of PT. Intikom Berlian Mustika totals 420 employees. While the sample in this study found 150 employees. The sampling technique used in this research is Non-Probability Sampling. The results showed that (1) Compensation has a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention (2) Workload has a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention, (3) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction. (4) Workload has a negative and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, (5) Turnover Intention has a negative and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, (6) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on Indefinite Turnover through Job Satisfaction, (7) Workload has a positive and significant effect on Indefinite Turnover through Job Satisfaction The suggestion proposed in this study is that PT. Intikom Berlian Mustika. pays more attention to the salary policy that is given according to the workload and competence of employees.
