Abstract

Adanya fenomena jumlah karyawan yang keluar tidak konsisten dan cenderung mengalami peningkatan mengindikasikan terjadinya masalah tingginya turnover intention pada Warehouse Cakung Pos Logistik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Stres Kerja, Beban Kerja terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Turnover Intention Karyawan di Warehouse Cakung Pos Logistik. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis data sekunder bersifat Kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 60 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 54 orang yang merupakan karyawan outsource di Warehouse Cakung Pos Logistik. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh yaitu mengambil keseluruhan populasi. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Alat ukur terbukti valid dan reliabel untuk instrumen penelitian. Oleh karena itu hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel lingkungan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, stres kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap turnover intention dan beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention pada Warehouse Cakung Pos Logistik Kata Kunci: Lingkungan Kerja, Stres Kerja, Beban Kerja, Turnover Intention The phenomenon of employees leaving inconsistently and tends to increase indicates a problem with high turnover intension in Cakung Pos Logistics Warehouse. This study was to determine the effect of work environment, work stress, workload on employee turnover intention at the Cakung Pos Logistics Warehouse. The object of this research are all employees who work at Cakung Pos Logistics Warehouse. This study was conducted on 54 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. Determination of sample size using a saturation sampling that is taking the entire population. The approach used in this study is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with a Smart-PLS analysis tool. Measurers proved to be valid and reliable for research instruments. The results of this study show that the variables of work environment have a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, work stress has a significant positive and significant effect on turnover intention, and workload has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention of Warehouse Cakung Pos Logistik.
