Abstract
The increasing production target of Ripik Hijau seaweed Snacks at PT Natural Nutrition Global, the production planning must be carried out well. Forecasting is an art and science in predicting future events. Forecasting is generally done based on past data that is analyzed using certain methods. In making Forecasting, there are several steps that must be done to get good Forecasting results. After Forecasting, then analysis of errors to get the smallest error. Forecasting analysis conducted on the Job Training Practicum is to use 3 methods namely the Moving Average, Weight Moving Average and Exponential Smoothing methods. Keyword : Forecasting, Time Series, Moving Average, Weight Moving Average and Eksponential Smoothing, Ripik Hijau PT. Natural Nutrisi Global. Semakin meningkatnya target produksi Snack rumput laut Ripik Hijau di PT. Natural Nutrisi Global, maka perencanaan produksi harus dilakukan dengan baik. Peramalan (Forecasting) merupakan suatu seni dan ilmu pengetahuan dalam memprediksi peristiwa pada masa mendatang. Ramalan yang dilakukan umumnya akan berdasarkan pada data masa lampau yang dianalisis dengan menggunakan cara-cara tertentu. Dalam melakukan peramalan, terdapat beberapa tahap yang harus dilakukan untuk mendapatkan hasil peramalan yang baik.Setelah dilakukan peramalan, kemudian analisis kesalahan untuk mendapatkan kesalahan yang paling kecil. Analisa peramalan yang dilakukan pada Praktikum Kerja Praktek ini yaitu menggunakan 3 metode yakni metode Moving Average, Weight Moving Average dan Eksponential Smoothing. Kata kunci : Peramalan, Time Series, Moving Average, Weight Moving Average dan Eksponential Smoothing,Ripik Hijau PT. Natural Nutrisi Global.
