Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the relationship between alexithymia and burnout on Student University X. The measuring instrument used was an adaption of the burnout scale with a reliability of 0.868 and an alexithymia scale of 0.909. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. This study uses accidental sampling technique. Respondents in this study were 165 students of the Faculty of Psychology, University of X. The significance value is p = 0.000 < α = 0.005. This means that alexithymia and burnout have a relationship. Keywords: alexithymia, burnout Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan mengetahui adanya Hubungan Alexithymia dan Burnout terhadap Mahasiswa Universitas X. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah adaptasi dari skala burnout dengan reliabilitas 0,868 dan skala alexithymia sebesar 0,909. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik accidental sampling. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 165 orang Mahasiswa Fakultas Psikologi Universitas X. Nilai signifikansi sebesar p= 0,000 < α = 0,005. Artinya alexithymia dan burnout memiliki hubungan. Kata Kunci: alexithymia, burnout
