Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh talent management,employee engagement, dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 109 karyawan Marketing Operation Region III, PT. Pertamina (Persero). Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 109 karyawan, dihitung berdasarkan rumus slovin. Metode Penarikan sampel menggunakan convenience sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa talent management tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Employee Engagement tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Budaya Organisasi, Kinerja Karyawan. This study aim to analyze the influence of talent management, employee engagement, and organizational culture on employee performance. Population in this research is 109 employee of Marketing Operation Region III, PT. Pertamina (Persero). The sample used is 109 employee, calculated based on Slovin Formula. The sampling method uses convenience sampling. The Methods of data collection using survey method, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. The data analysis method using Partial Least Square. This study proves that talent management has no significant effect on employee performance. Employee engagement has no significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
