Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Good Corporate Governance and Company Size on company performance. Company performance is the dependent variable in this study, earnings management Good Corporate Governance and Company Size as an independent variable. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study are property, real estate and building construction companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2015-2017 period. While the sample selection uses purposive sampling. So we get 28 samples of property, real estate and building construction companies. The results of this study indicate that Good Corporate Governance (Audit Committee, Institutional Ownership and Independent Commissioners) and Company Size affect the company's performance. Keywords: Good Corporate Governance (Audit Committee, Institutional Ownership, Independent Commissioner) Company Size and Company Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Good Corporate Governance dan Ukuran Perusahaan terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Kinerja perusahaan merupakan variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini, manajemen laba Good Corporate Governance dan Ukuran Perusahaan sebagai variabel independen. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sektor property, real estate dan konstruksi bangunan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dalam periode 2015-2017. Sedangkan pemilihan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Sehingga didapatkan 28 sampel perusahaan sektor property, real estate dan konstruksi bangunan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Good Corporate Governance (Komite Audit, Kepemilikan Institusional dan Komisaris Independen) dan Ukuran Perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan.
