Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi dan pengembangan karir terhadap turnover intention dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening di PT.Wijaya Machinery Perkasa. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT.Wijaya Machinery Perkasa dengan jumlah 100 orang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan hubungan sebab akibat. Analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pengembangan karir terhadap kepuasan kerja, tidak terdapat pengaruh negatif dan signifikan kompensasi terhadap turnover intention,terdapat pengaruh negatif dan signinfikan pengembangan karir terhadap turnover intention, tidak terdapat pengaruh negatif kompensasi terhadap turnover intention dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening, terdapat pengaruh negatif pengembangan karir terhadap turnover intention, dan terdapat pengaruh negatif dan signifikan kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention karyawan di PT.Wijaya Machinery Perkasa. Kata Kunci: kompensasi, pengembangan karir, kepuasan kerja, turnover intention This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of compensation and career development on turnover intention with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT. Wijaya Machinery Perkasa. The sample in this study were employees of PT. Wijaya Machinery Perkasa with 100 samples. This research using descriptive quantitative research method with a causal relationship approach. Data analysis using Structural Equation Model (SEM) with SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) 3.0. The results show that there is a positive and significant effect of compensation on job satisfaction, there is a positive and significant influence on career development on job satisfaction, there is no negative and significant effect of compensation on turnover intention, there is a negative and significant effect of career development on turnover intention, there is no influence. Negative compensation mediated job satisfaction on turnover intention, there is a negative influence of career development on turnover intention, and there is a negative and significant effect of job satisfaction on employee turnover intention at PT.
