Abstract
Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja, kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Karya Laksana Adhiarja. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja di PT. Karya Laksana Adhiarja. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 52 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh yaitu mengambil keseluruhan populasi. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Penelitian ini membukikan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Inovasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
