Abstract

ABSTRAK Judul : Pengaruh K3 Terhadap Kinerja Pekerja pada Pekerjaan Struktur Atas Lantai 40–60 Dimasa Pandemi Covid-19, Studi Kasus Proyek Gedung Thamrin Nine Tower 2– Thamrin, Jakarta Pusat, PT. Total Bangun Persada, Nama : Wijatmoko NIM : 41118310008, Dosen Pembimbing : Patricia Kanicia Djawu, ST, MT, 2022 Bahwa Penerapan Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja pada masa pandemi Covid-19 di Pekerjaan Struktur Atas Proyek Pembangunan Gedung Thamrin Nine Di Jakarta adalah hal yang wajib di terapkan, karena peranan SMK3 adalah sangat penting, terutama pada saat pandemi seperti sekarang ini karena akan sangat berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pekerja. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode kuesioner. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada pegawai PT. Total Bangun Persada yang menangani proyek konstruksi tersebut dan PT. Putra Gaya Wahana selaku ownernya. Data dianalisis dengan aplikasi Statistical Package for The Social Science (SPSS). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor apa yang paling berpengaruh dalam penerapan SMK3 dimasa pandemi Covid-19 terhadap kinerja pekerja di pekerjaan struktur atas lantai 40-60 proyek Pembangunan Gedung Thamrin Nine Tower 2 dan berapa persen faktor yang paling berpengaruh. Hasil dari penelitian disampaikan bahwa faktor yang paling berpengaruh adalah Faktor Covid-19 dari hasil analisa dengan bantuan software statistik yaitu SPSS (Statistical Products and Solution Services) versi 26, faktor Covid-19 masuk pada interval lebih besar dari 60%, artinya ada hubungan yang signifikan (berarti). Sedangkan berapa persen faktor yang berpengaruh dalam penerapan SMK3 dimasa pandemi Covid-19 terhadap kinerja pekerja di pekerjaan struktur atas lantai 40-60 proyek Pembangunan Gedung Thamrin Nine Tower 2 adalah berdasarkan dari hasil uji korelasi diperoleh nilai sebesar 69.3%, dengan nilai signifikansinya 0.000 < 0.05, hasil uji t sebesar 4.170 lebih besar dari t tabel 2.035, dan di dukung uji F menyatakan bahwa hasil hitung F adalah 13.312 lebih besar dari F tabel yaitu 2.38. Total Build Persada , Name : Wijatmoko NIM : 41118310008, Lecturer Supervisor : Patricia Kanicia Djawu , ST, MT, 2022 That Application System Management Occupational Health and Safety during the Covid-19 pandemic at work The structure of the Thamrin Nine Building Project in Jakarta is things that must be applied , because part of SMK3 is very important , especially during this pandemic will be very influential to performance workers . In this Case I will use the questionnaire method. The Data will be collected for carried out with spread questionnaire to employees of PT. Total Bangun Persada that handles project construction and PT. Putra Gaya Wahana as the owner. Data analysed with Statistical Package for The Social Science (SPSS) application. This Study aim is for knowing factor what is the most influential in application of SMK3 in the future Covid-19 pandemic against performance worker at work structure on 40- 60 floors of the Thamrin Nine Tower 2 Construction Project and how much percent the most influential factor . Result of study be delivered that the most influential factor is Covid-19 factor from results analysis with statistical software help namely SPSS (Statistical Products and Solution Services) version 26, the Covid-19 factor entered at more intervals big than 60%, that means there is significant relationship ( mean ) . Whereas how many percent influencing factor in application of SMK3 in the future Covid-19 pandemic against performance worker at work structure on floors 40-60 of the Thamrin Nine Tower 2 Construction Project are based on from correlation test results obtained score by 69.3%, with score the significance is 0.000 < 0.05, the results of the t test are 4,170 more big from t table 2.035, and supported by the F test stating that results calculate F is 13,312 more big from F table ie 2.38.
