Abstract
ABSTRAK Judul : Pengaruh Pemanfaatan Limbah Bata Ringan Sebagai Subtitusi Pasir Dan Resin Epoxy Sebagai Binder Terhadap Kuat Tekan Beton Polimer Nama : Muhamad Sopian NIM : 41118210006 Dosen Pembimbing : Agung Sumarno,ST,MT, 2022. Pesatnya pertumbuhan pembangunan infrastruktur di bidang teknologi dan konstruksi di berbagai belahan dunia, khususnya pembangunan di Indonesia. Untuk mengimbangi pesatnya perkembangan di sektor konstruksi, perlu adanya kesiapsiagaan yang terdiri dari dana, sumber daya manusia yang kompeten dan kesiapan material dan teknologi modern karena hampir rata-rata bangunan terbuat dari beton. Untuk mengurangi pencemaran lingkungan, penelitian ini mengambil limbah bata ringan dan resin epoksi sebagai pengganti agregat halus dan pengganti semen dalam campuran beton karena kesadaran masyarakat dan kurangnya pemanfaatan limbah bata ringan oleh masyarakat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah percobaan menggunakan SNI 7656;2012 sebagai acuan. Pengujian ini dilakukan dengan membuat 36 sampel beton 10 x 20 cm, 12 sampel beton polimer dengan variasi bata ringan 7%, 12 beton polimer dengan variasi bata ringan 10%, dan 12 beton konvensional sebagai perbandingan. Beton polimer memiliki kekuatan tekan 42 MPa untuk variasi bata ringan 7%, dan memiliki kekuatan tekan terbesar 43, 27 MPa untuk variasi bata ringan 10%. Beton split 28,8 MPa untuk polimer 7% variasi bata ringan, dan 29,2 MPa untuk beton polimer 10% variasi bata ringan. Kata Kunci: Resin, Beton Polimer, Limbah Bata Ringan. ABSTRACT Title : Effect of Utilization of Lightweight Brick Waste as Substitution of Sand and Epoxy Resin as Binder on the Compressive Strength of Polymer Concrete Name: Muhamad Sopian NIM: 41118210006 Dosen Supervisor : Agung Sumarno, ST, MT, 2022. The rapid growth of infrastructure development in the field of technology and construction in various parts of the world, especially development in Indonesia. To keep pace with the rapid development in the construction sector, it is necessary to have preparedness consisting of funds, competent human resources and readiness of modern materials and technology because almost the average building is made of concrete. To reduce environmental pollution, this research takes light brick waste and epoxy resin as a substitute for fine aggregate and cement substitutes in concrete mixtures because of public awareness and the lack of utilization of lightweight brick waste by the community. The research method used is an experiment using SNI 7656;2012 as a reference. This test was carried out by making 36 samples of 10 x 20 cm concrete, 12 samples of polymer concrete with a variation of 7% light brick, 12 polymer concrete with a variation of 10% light brick, and 12 conventional concrete for comparison. Polymer concrete has a compressive strength of 42 MPa for a variation of 7% light brick, and has the greatest compressive strength of 43.27 MPa for a variation of 10% light brick.
