Abstract

Laporan Tugas Akhir Peduli Negeri ini dibuat bertujuan untuk merumuskan dan membantu usaha mitra. Pendampingan Strategi Promosi Untuk Peningkatan Penjualan The Koffee Bar Melalui Media Sosial Instagram (Januari – Juni 2021). Usaha mitra The Koffe Bar yang berlokasi di Jakarta Barat, merupakan kedai kopi yang memiliki konsep minuman kopi kekinian yaitu minuman kopi yang di campurkan dengan susu atau disebut juga latte. Metode yang digunakan dalam Tugas Akhir Peduli Negeri ini adalah observasi langsung, diskusi, praktek, dan simulasi. Mitra The Koffee Bar tidak menggunakan sosial media instagram dalam melakukan promosi produk-produknya, oleh karenanya Tim Pelaksana TAPN berinisiatif untuk melakukan Pendampingan Strategi Promosi Untuk Meningkatan Penjualan The Koffee Bar Melalui Media Sosial Instagram (Januari – Juni 2021). Dalam melakukan pendampingan Tim Pelaksana TAPN bersama dengan mitra berhasil membuat strategi promosi yang meningkatkan penjualan The Koffee Bar. Kata Kunci : Strategi, Promosi, Instagram, Sosial Media, Penjualan This Final Assignment Report was made with the aim of formulating and assisting partner businesses. Promotional Strategy Assistance to Increase Sales of The Koffee Bar through Instagram Social Media (January – June 2021). The partner business of The Koffe Bar, located in West Jakarta, is a coffee shop that has a contemporary concept of coffee drinks, namely coffee drinks mixed with milk or also called latte. The method used in this Peduli Negeri Final Project is direct observation, discussion, practice, and simulation. Partners of The Koffee Bar do not use social media Instagram in promoting their products, therefore the TAPN Implementation Team takes the initiative to provide Promotional Strategy Assistance to Increase Sales of The Koffee Bar through Instagram Social Media (January – June 2021). In assisting the TAPN Implementation Team together with partners succeeded in making promotional strategies that increased sales of The Koffee Bar.
