Abstract
ABSTRAK Salah satu hal yang menjadi dasar pelayanan. Kual konsumen memilih suatu perusahaan adalah kualitas itas pelayanan menjadi penting karena Akan berdampak langsung pada perusahaan seperti Perusahaan Jasa Logistik. Salah satu jenis pelayanan yang diberikan berupa pengiriman barang yang cepat sampai. Namun dalam prakteknya waktu pengiriman tidak selalu terca pai, terkadang masih terjadi keterlambatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi jenisjenis keterlambatan pengiriman yang sering terjadi dan faktor penyebab keterlambatan pengiriman serta merancang strategi perbaikan untuk meningkatkan kinerja pengiriman dan meminimalisir terjadinya keterlambatan pengiriman pada Perusahaan Jasa Logistik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode Six Sigma dengan pendekatan DMAIC. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa jenis keterlam batan yang sering terjadi dan perlu ditanggulangi adalah keterlambatan pengiriman material. Dan pada tahapan measure didapat nilai DPMO 1150 dan setelah dikonversikan nilai sigma yang didapat 2.49, Faktorfaktor penyebab keterlambatan pengiriman disebabkan waktu konfirmasi material yang tidak sesuai dengan Lead time oleh , kondisi kendaraan yang tidak baik pada saat pengiriman, Izin Peneriman material yang terlalu lama. Kata Kunci: Analisa, Kualitas,Peningkatan Kinerja, Six Sigma (DMAIC) ABSTRACT One of the things that become the basis for consumers to choose a company is the quality of service. that the quality of service becomes important because it will have a direct impact on compafnies such as Company Logistic. One type of servic e provided is in the form of fast delivery of goods. However, in practice the delivery time is not always achieved, sometimes there are still delays. This study aims to identify the types of delivery delays that often occur and the factors causing delays i n delivery and design improvement strategies to improve delivery performance and minimize delivery delays at Company Logistic. The method used in this study is to use the Six Sigma method with the DMAIC approach. Based on the results of the study that the type of delay that often occurs and needs to be addressed is the delay in material delivery. a measure phase obtained DPMO value of 1150 and after convert to sigma value of 2.49. Factors causing delays in delivery are due to material waiting confirmation t hat are not in accordance with Lead times, vehicle conditions that are not good at the time of delivery, Material Receipt Permits that are too long.
