Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of work engagement and stress on work achievement of marketing employees at PT. Sentra Aktiva Indonesia during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study uses a causal design with quantitative research methods. The number of samples that became the subject of the study were 83 respondents of marketing employees of PT. Sentra Aktiva Indonesia. All the data were analyzed with SPSS version 22. The results of this study indicate that: (1) there is a positive and significant effect of work engagement on the work performance of marketing employees of PT. Sentra Aktiva Indonesia; (2) there is a positive and significant effect of stress on the work performance of marketing employees at PT. Sentra Aktiva Indonesia; (3) there is a positive and significant effect of work engagement and stress simultaneously on the work performance of marketing employees of PT. Sentra Aktiva Indonesia. The results of the research above have implications that work engagement must be increased and stress needs to be managed properly by marketing employees of PT. Sentra Aktiva Indonesia, so that it will further improve work performance. Keywords: work engagement, stress and work performance Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh work engagement dan stres terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan marketing PT. Sentra Aktiva Indonesia di masa pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain kausal. Jumlah sampel yang menjadi subyek penelitian sebanyak 83 orang responden karyawan marketing di PT. Sentra Aktiva Indonesia. Data dianalisa dengan bantuan SPSS versi 24. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan work engagement terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan marketing PT. Sentra Aktiva Indonesia; (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan stres terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan marketing PT. Sentra Aktiva Indonesia; (3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan work engagement dan stres secara simultan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan marketing PT. Sentra Aktiva Indonesia. Hasil penelitian di atas berimplikasi bahwa work engagement harus ditingkatkan dan stres perlu dikelola dengan baik oleh karyawan marketing PT. Sentra Aktiva Indonesia, sehingga akan semakin meningkatkan prestasi kerja. Kata Kunci : work engagement, stres, prestasi kerja
