Abstract

The construction of the Banten International Stadium (BIS) is a stadium building located in Serang district, Banten province. It is a 5-storey building and has a building area of 78,166 M. The grandeur of the Banten International Stadium, of course, uses several building structures with good conditions, one of which is the facade as the outside of the stadium building. The facade of the building is a major element in architectural design, especially as a form of appearance and image of the building. but the practice cannot stand alone and there is involvement of civil science, especially in its implementation methods and productivity analysis This study analyzes the productivity of the facade implementation method in the stadium construction project in the Banten Sport Center area, which is compared with the AHSP SNI 2018. Calculation of field productivity is carried out using the Time Study method, by determining the standard time of work, which is obtained from direct observation.In the Weebing Sling installation work, the coefficient value in the field is matched and based on the 2019 AHSP reference, which is 0.3 OH, then for Faade Erection work, Faade Welding and Faade Bolting, there is a difference in value with a line drawn that the work in the field is faster than the reference coefficient. Keywords : AHSP 2019, Façade, Produktivity, and Time Study Pembangunan Banten International Stadium (BIS) merupakan Bangunan Stadion yang berada di kabupaten Serang, Provinsi Banten. Merupakan bangunan 5 lantai dan memiliki luas bangunan sebesar 78.166 M. Megahnya Banten International Stadium tentu saja menggunakan beberapa struktur bangunan dengan kondisi baik salah satunya facade sebagai bagian luar dari bangunan stadion. Facade bangunan merupakan suatu elemen utama dalam rancangan arsitektur, khusunya sebagai wujud penampilan dan image bangunan. namun prakteknya tidak dapat berdiri sendiri dan ada keterlibatan ilmu sipil khusunya dalam metode pelaksanaan dan analisis produktivitasnya. Penelitian ini menganalisis produktivitas metode pelaksanaan facade pada proyek pembangunan Stadion di kawasan Sport Center Banten, yang dibandingkan dengan AHSP 2019. Perhitungan produktivitas lapangan dilakukan dengan metode Time Study, dengan menentukan waktu standar pekerjaan, yang diperoleh dari pengamatan langsung.Pada pekerjaan Pemasangan Weebing Sling sudah sesuai antara Nilai Koefisien di lapangan dan bedasarkan acuan AHSP 2019 yaitu sebesar 0,3 OH, kemudian untuk pekerjaan Erection Façade, Pengelasan Façade serta Pembautan façade mengalami perbedaan nilai dengan ditarik garis bahwa pekerjaan di lapangan lebih cepat dari koefisien acuan. Kata kunci : AHSP 2019, Façade, Produktifitas, dan Time Study.
