Abstract

In the construction of columns, beams and floor plates as one of the main supports of a building, the quality of the concrete is greatly influenced. This will lead to a lot of concrete variability that occurs. The objectives of this research are to determine the quality management control process for the residential project - Djoko Susanto, to find out the results of the project quality management assessment at the column, beam and floor slab work stage and to find out how to repair work that does not match the required quality. . Based on the results of the overall analysis, it was concluded that the work of beams, columns, and floor slabs was in accordance with the standards. In the analysis of the reinforcement test with a minimum yield strength of 420 N/mm2, a minimum tensile strength of 570 N/mm2, a minimum strain of 16%, a minimum TS/YS of 1.2, it meets the standards of SNI 2052 – 2017. In the analysis of the compressive strength of concrete with a slump of 12 ± 2 cm and a minimum compressive strength o f 30 MPa for beams and floor slabs, 40 MPa for columns, the results obtained that the compressive strength of concrete has met the standards of SNI 1974-2011. For concrete damage, both scaling and cold joints, repairs are carried out by marking the repaired area, if the damage is only on the surface, it is sufficient to use a concrete skimcoat, while for large-scale damage, chiping or grouting is carried out with high quality in that area. Keywords: Controlling, quality management, scalling, cold joint Pada konstruksi kolom, balok dan plat lantai sebagai salah satu penunjang utama suatu bangunan sangat dipengaruhi sekali dari kualitas beton tersebut. Sehingga akan memunculkan adanya banyak variabilitas beton yang terjadi. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini antara lain Untuk mengetahui proses pengendalian manajemen mutu terhadap proyek rumah tinggal – Djoko Susanto, Untuk mengetahui hasil penilaian manajemen mutu proyek pada tahap pekerjaan kolom, balok dan plat lantai dan Untuk mengetahui cara melakukan perbaikan pekerjaan yang tidak sesuai mutu yang dipersyaratkan. Berdasarkan hasil analisa secara keseluruhan didapatkan kesimpulan pada pekerjaan balok, kolom, dan pelat lantai, sudah sesuai standar. Pada analisa uji tulangan dengan kuat luluh minimum 420 N/mm2 , kuat Tarik minimum 570 N/mm2 , regangan minimum 16%, TS/YS minimum 1,2, sudah memenuhi standar SNI 2052 – 2017. Pada analisa kuat tekan beton dengan slump 12 ± 2 cm dan kuat tekan mimimum 30 MPa untuk balok dan pelat lantai, 40 MPa untuk kolom, didapatkan hasil kuat tekan beton sudah memenuhi standar SNI 1974-2011. Pada kerusakan beton baik scalling maupun cold joint dilakukan perbaikan dengan menandai area yang diperbaiki, apabila kerusakan hanya pada permukaan, cukup dengan skimcoat beton, sedangkan untuk kerusakan skala besar dilakukan chiping atau grouting dengan mutu tinggi pada area tersebut Kata kunci: Pengendalian, manajemen mutu, scalling, cold joint
