Abstract

The application of electronic tickets using CCTV cameras Electronic Traffic Law Enforcement (ETLE) in the City of Jakarta is the latest innovation in winning traffic order, this is one of the efforts so that motorists can realize how important it is to drive safely and comfortably, thereby minimizing the occurrence of traffic violations. can worsen the performance of an intersection. Based on data from the SAT LANTAS for the City of South Jakarta, there was a decrease in the number of traffic violations after the implementation of the electronic ticket. This study aims to determine the effect of electronic ticketing on traffic performance at the Tugu Pancoran intersection. For traffic performance before the existence of an electronic ticket, the results of the intersection performance from previous research with a survey in 2020. And for the performance of the intersection after the existence of an electronic ticket, the results of the analysis from this study were used. The results of this study obtained the level of service at the F intersection, which when compared with previous research conducted before the existence of an Electronic ticket with the same service level value, namely F. By obtaining the same level of service, it can be interpreted that the Electronic ticket has no effect on the performance of the intersection at the Monument. Pancoran, although the traffic violation data has decreased the number of violations, it does not affect the performance of the intersection. This is due to the increasing traffic growth every year. Keywords: Electronic Ticketing, Performance, Influence, accident Penerapan tilang elektronik dengan menggunakan kamera CCTV ElektronicTraffic Law Enforcement (ETLE) di Kota Jakarta merupakan sebuah inovasi terbaru dalam menangani ketertiban berlalu lintas, ini merupakan salah satu upaya agar pengendara dapat menyadari betapa pentingnya berkendara dengan aman dan nyaman, sehingga meminimalisir terjadinya pelanggaran lalu lintas yang dapat memperburuk kinerja suatu persimpangan. Berdasarkan data dari SAT LANTAS Wilayah Kota Jakarta Selatan terjadi penurunan angka pelanggaran lalu lintas setelah diberlakukanya tilang elektronik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Tilang elektronik terhadap kinerja lalu lintas di simpang Tugu Pancoran.Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Tilang Elektronik terhadap kinerja lalu lintas di simpang Tugu pancoran maka dilakukan perbandingan kinerja jalan sebelun dan sesudah diberlakukannya Tilang Elektronik pada Simpang Tugu Pancoran. Untuk kinerja lalu lintas sebelum adanya Tilang Elektronik dipakai hasil kinerja simpang dari Penelitian terdahulu dengan survey tahun 2020. Dan untuk kinerja simpang setelah adanya Tilang elektronik digunakan hasil analisis dari penelitian ini. Hasil dari penelitian ini diperoleh tingkat pelayanan simpang F, dimana jika dibandingan dengan peneltian terdahulu yang dilakukan sebelum adanya Tilang Elektronik dengan nilai tingkat pelayanan yang sama yakni F. Dengan diperoleh tingkat pelayanan yang sama maka dapat diartikan bahwa Tilang Elektronik tidak berpengaruh terhadap kineja simpang pada Tugu Pancoran, meskipun dari data pelanggaran lalu lintas mengalami penurunan jumlah pelanggaran namun tidak mempengaruhi kinerja simpang. Hal ini disebabkan karna pertumbuhan lalu lintas yang semakin meningkat setiap tahunnya. Kata Kunci : Tilang Elektronik, Kinerja, Pengaruh, Kecelakaan
